Parents don't want their kid to hang out with his friend because Orange Man is Bad.

View attachment 779609

My mom never let me go over to any peoples houses till I was like 12 or so. Would claim it was cause she didn't know the parents yet never made any effort to get to know them. :(

Only reason it happened then was cause I got rebellious to a small extent.

AND YES BITCH YOU'RE BEING UNREASONABLE!

The whole thing kinda fucked up my way of viewing social interactions and I'm super paranoid that everybody IRL is pissed at me/out to get me sometimes and I think a lot of it has to do with a similar mindset as this parent, reason it's the reason I'm even blabbering about all the above.

God forbid these kids enjoy themselves at a birthday party without dragging politics into it, or, even worse, learn about each other's differences and find ways to deal with those differences with respectful compromise, unlike their stubborn-ass parents who live and breathe orange-rage fever.

The real reason they're not letting their kid go to the party is they don't want him forming any of his own ideas about politics. They just want a little person they can teach to hate the same people and things they hate, not a "thinker."

One of my fav sub reddits to hate read is r/screenwriting. The mods are gatekeepers, seems like everyone month there are threads about "how to write black people better" "Is it ok if I write about autistic characters even though I'm not autistic" or "things that need to stop being said about female characters".

There are legitimately interesting conversations here too about character development and story structure, but theres a LOT of shit to wade through. There was a big post about opportunities for trans screenwriters which went full sped after one of the mods started tone policing and gatekeeping anyone who was upset that this was being showcased the way it was because it wasn't about ability but was about politics.

But ya know, its only white guys that would be offended at something like this.

I don't believe Redditors are having even a fraction of the sex they claim they're having.

What's the deal with the word 'honk'?

Dance puppets, dance

The best part of that thread is the one redditor who realizes 4chan is trying to create as many dogwistles as possible and then gets hundreds of replies from other plebbitors explaining why they have the moral imperative to play into 4chan’s hands
:story:

If 4chan actually gets clowns outlawed they will have performed a public service
Yeah, journalists won't be allowed in public anymore.

These people really need to learn that sometimes a chair is just a chair. Not everything has to have a secret Nazi Russia meaning.
