I am curious about something. Who do Redditors truly like, besides Dolly Parton? They hate a lot of people, they just hate in general. But the list of people they like can’t just be Dolly Parton.

Attitudes on Keanu have cooled I thought? It’s been a while since I’ve seen him talked about. Bill and Neil are twits. And Bernie Sanders has a spotty record, though not as bad as some politicians.
I suppose I’m looking for ones with flawless reputations, or at least the best public relations money can buy. Dolly Parton is like Mother Mary to Reddit. I suppose I’m looking for someone they deify that much as well.
Basically redditors have a really black and white worldview. Saint or Satan, enemy or foe. Somebody who is on their side cannot possibly do any wrong, and if on the other side, cannot possibly do anything right. Not even the “twice a day rule” applies. And they can turn on their idols in a moment, too.
I think it’s worth studying more to see if there’s a way to “hijack” the NPC signal.

Yep. Mister Rodgers missed some of the horrors of today thankfully. I see memes about mister Rodger, claiming “this man never once brought up Jesus and he was still nice” or something. Truth is Mister Rodger’s brought up the Bible many times, like biblical stories. And Fred was hardcore in his faith, which was the main reason after his upbringing he was so kind.
And because of his faith, I very much doubt he would have ever touched the gay or tranny subject at all. So to see them idolize the guy who would call you a sodomite without pause is ironic.
I think Ned Flanders (before they Flanderized him) was inspired by Fred Rodgers but I know very little about the Simpsons.
And I soft disagree, I think these great men should be remembered forever, just as they were.

If I were to ever use bumper stickers, this would be the only one I'd consider, though local cops would have me pulled over in a heartbeat. Otherwise, bumper stickers are like an ugly flash tat on an average person. Though it is kind of funny to see what dimwit is still using a COEXIST sticker in 2025.
