I had to rewatch that Wonder Woman 1984 video because it has so many great moments in it. Comic genius. They never lose their touch.

And it introduced me to this great track!

Loved the opening of the Wonder Woman video where its just Rich and Plinkett naming every streaming service under the sun. Really shows just how streaming services have blown up over the past year, I only recognized the names of maybe half of those services and most of them are just full of trash from my experience. Wonder how much all of those actually would cost a month.

Also if anyone was wondering tubi has both Suburban Sasquatch and the Last Vampire on Earth for free with ads. I'm sure you could find other BOTW films on other streaming sites if you look hard enough.

If you want to find a movie, do a search on justwatch.com - it will tell you which services have what.

Also rifftrax did Lycan colony in case anybody wants to buy it but not take the movie raw.

You made me look up Vitaliy Versace because he use to have all his movies on imdb for free too. They're gone now, but I came across this gem. Much like Last Vampire on Earth, he has this blatant rip off of another movie. You'll never guess what movie inspired him to direct this one.

Aw, come on. Tom Hanks is a nonce, so who cares if he's ripped off?

Not a fan of Twin Peaks or any of that 2deep4u stuff. Guys like beardfat eat that stuff up. It'd be interesting to see Mike's perspective on it.
As a David Lynch fan, I really liked this (beardfat is tolerable when he talks about things he clearly loves). I will admit that when I first watched Twin Peaks: The Return, I was a little disappointed. Like most, I was getting frustrated on how long it took Dougie Jones to become Dale Cooper and the sparseness of the original cast. Well, this review inspired to me give it another watch, and I'm really loving it this time. It is definitely better on a second viewing when you're no longer watching it with expectations that it has to be a certain way. Just letting yourself get soaked into it and get attached to the new characters, as well as appreciate the Dougie Jones' scenes, is making a much more satisfying experience. Also, I forgot just how gorgeous the cinematography and sound design are.

While I am in agreement that you shouldn't put too much stock in The Final Dossier, I am a little surprised that they are hesitant to say that Judy possesses Sarah Palmer. When I was watching the series for the first time, that's DEFINITELY the implication that I got. Such a retcon really didn't bother me, because even in the original series there was something always "off" about Sarah. She was clearly intended to have more of an involvement with the supernatural side of Twin Peaks. I will say, I am a fan of Jay's interpretation of Audrey Horne's arc, and I don't doubt that was probably the angle David Lynch was going for.

...really? I kind of get The Last Vampire on Earth because it was made and released around the same time Twilight was incredibly popular, but the original Cast Away came out nearly two decades before Versace's did, and its not trendy by any means

EDIT: They seem to also be making a DnD Movie commentary. I can't wait. It's been a while since their last commentary.

That was great. I wonder if it'd be possible to digitally touch up just the effects in classic scifi, while avoiding the disgusting results of what Lucas' special editions achieved.

Jeremy Iron's most enjoyable performance, can't wait for the commentary. Wonder who among them might've played the game, or if it turns into a bullying session of the one who did/didn't lol.

I agree, but I still think it would be an interesting project. Nothing can erase the originals, but tightening effects up, easing the disparity in blue/green screen elements, essentially "finishing" shots where the budget was a factor could be fun. Deepfaking effects as well.

Ridley Scott did all of that for Blade Runner: The Final Cut. But it's probably easier for investors to back a project like that for Ridley than for Chuck Russell.
