That's either a sign of Breen's power or... I dunno. I mean that episode is one of their most gimmicky as they do the whole shot on VHS and then transform into HD partway through. Night of the Lepus just lends itself to the Trek jokes...

My only problem with it is that all 3 of those movies (not the breen one) I've seen on other movie youtubers I watch and so sometimes those blur together and I can't remember if a bit was from RLM or GBF or...

The problem for me was (as is with all of the examples I gave) was the films were pretty boring to me (apparently for the crew too, in regard to the second one), and the episodes were just too long to boot.

I think some of it might also be that in earlier BotW videos they pushed "memes" a bit more. (RLM really did have that down to an art: repeat something just enough that it stuck in minds, without being annoying) Many of the more recent videos have far less of that in them.

Also too, remember how the early episodes were all filmed in random locations across the studio afterwards? That made each one way more unique. I kinda miss that ever since they completed "the set"; that's also another reason the mediocre episodes all blend together far easier for me.

Yeah, we're all fellow RLM-lovers here. Disagreeing isn't an insult; it's just more conversation. Never a bad thing. I don't hold it against anyone for not agreeing with me.
I can't believe you said that!

(Nah, I'm just playing with ya! You alright.)

I wish they would make some more bandcamp movie commentaries, they've been my go-to thing to listen to this week while doing morning work from home, just to have something to listen to that isn't the same panic. Pick a really good movie for one like a Scorsese movie, and a Stallone movie for laughs.

Wondeing why they didn't just sacrifice a green screen. Why use the table for simple keying? NGL I usually hate plinkett reviews but having watched Picard I can't wait for this one. It deserves it.
