I started playing The End is Nigh where Rich voices the main character.

It's a worthy followup to Super Meat Boy even though I dislike the dive mechanic because it's very easy to accidentally do it. I'm 69% completed (giggle) and unlocked the dark world portion. It's good but I would love it if McMillan would make a platformer where you're allowed to attack enemies as opposed to avoiding them.

Their fake clickbaity Ghostbusters vid made trending. It was higher yesterday but it's around 40 today. Good for them for getting over 500 thousand views in 2 days on a ho hum convo vid. A mix of rabid RLM fans in a drought and people dumb enough to click on red circle thumbnails I'm sure.

I feel the same way towards the trailer. I don't have enough energy to hate it. It's just blah. I don't feel excited to see it and I don't care overall. They're turning it into subtle nod nostalgia and mixing in the teen supernatural drama of shows like Stranger Things. They could have gotten any kid to play it but no, they had to get THE kid everyone thinks of when they think supernatural teen shit. It's too on the nose. The guys made a good point in connecting it to the newest Star Wars movies. The whole forgotten Jedi angle. Like who was forgetting the Ghostbusters after only 30 years? Makes no sense. I simply don't have faith in Sony at all. It'll never be anything more then just ok. And if there's an Egon ghost I'm out.

There needs to be crystal skull vodka product placement in it for me to be happy.

Somehow I get the feeling they were rather pleased with how mainstream the "just consume product" meme went...

Oh, the cynicism (is it cynicism if you're right, though? I digress ...) and hostility are so palpable here. It's amazing, and I love it.

RLM is literally the only reason why I am remotely happy that there's a Star Wars movie about to drop.

Could care less about the movie but I am Hype for the Plinkett review

Jay and Rich are going into hibernation or some shit. They're competing for who can let their beard grow untamed longer. I noticed a few occasions where I thought Mike was winking but he was actually just asynchronous blinking. Going to start a conspiracy theory that Mike has a neurological disorder. Seemed like they pushed this one out rather quick since a few of their screen grabs of articles were dated 12/10. I didn't think this was their best Nerd Crew but I won't tire of endless Star Wars bashing anytime soon. Except the part where they mock the hospice fans every movie who request seeing it before they die. If someone is going to die and all they want is a fucking movie screening of something they enjoy who cares, I'm not going to shit on them for it they're dead now. It's punching a little low. The part where their charity is just giving you cancer so you can see the movie faster is fine though. I wondered why there was a minute of dead air at the end but then Mike comes on and downs some booze while looking at the sith trooper.
