Gave it a listen. I enjoy any time I get to see the tables turned on Mike. He's usually the one dunking on Rich but whevener ghost stuff comes up Rich and to a lesser extent Jay laugh at him and jab him with sarcastic comments. I can't think of anything else they all collectively give Mike shit for but I love when it happens. Rich puts up with a lot, it's nice when he gets a turn. Mike also mentioned wanting or actually already doing a special RLM ghost hunting episode so that's going to be neat. Wonder when we'll see it and if it'll be totally serious or like a nerd crew piss take.

It was on Movie Night a few months ago. I thought it was enjoyable enough, especially towards the end.

That actually would be interesting to watch if they take it serious with Jay and Rich being hardcore skeptics.
 
I'd be fine if their ghost show was serious enough (in that Mike does try to legitimately capture spookies on film or audio) but they kept their personalities so it'd be fun. No self-important pretentious stuff.

I guess essentially a real life Ghostbusters?

I had more laughs during this podcast than their recent vids. I just find it funny that Mike is a huge Trek nerd, but loves Ghost Adventures too. I hope he does follow through with renting out that Axe Murder House and gets his ghost experience he wants so bad. Just something about Mike being a "healthy skeptic" and doing this with Rich and Jay just seems like a fun time to watch.
 
My favorite thing about these podcasts is how they let us see the guys behind the scenes... and how they're pretty much exactly the same as they are on their shows.

It really doesn't surprise me that Mike has this attitude towards the Blacks.
Rich "stuff 'em in ovens" Evans really shocked me with his choice of Halloween costume the other year. He wanted to wear a shirt with ketchup stains, pull back his eyelids with skotch tape, and become a "Chinaman Square Massacre victim." After he realized that it was "Tiananman Square Massacre" and not the "Chinaman Square Massacre" he threw out the idea entirely and went as this "Mr. Popo" from some Chinese cartoon he likes.
Damn, I said I wouldn't tell anyone - but I did...

Absolutely impossible, its a Star Trek reference from an episode most people don't give a fuck about. Jay would never pick that name.

By the way in all seriousness I think a ghost hunting episode would probably be everyone hamming it up as much as possible. Mike himself said his main interest in those sorts of shows is the way they manipulate the audience, not any actual paranormal interest.
