No, he just comes across as mean and he seems out of place when stacked next to the rest of the group. He appears to be without fun, for lack of a better phrase.

Plus, yes, he's ugly as fuck.

Longtime exposure to Josh makes you appreciate Jack more.

Personal hackfraud ranking:
Rich Evans > Mike > Jay > the canadians > Jack > Max Landis/Josh

Jack is just a awkward friendly dork and he fits.

Josh only works (at best) when he's on re:view with Jay since I guess they're bffs or something, otherwise he really sticks out when with Mike and Rich, especially when you cab notice his contempt for Mike making jokes or talking over him.

I remember seeing Josh and Bearded Canadian on the thumbnail of one of their Re:views and thinking it was a joke. Unfortunately it wasn't.

I avoid Josh's twitter feed, and his appearances don't really bug me. It might be I have a soft spot for him because he's the one who introduced me to the concept of B-Fest, and actually had some funny comments about it. Rudy Ray Moore and his "effervescent yelling concern," for instance.

I remember bfest discussions back in the days of jabootu...

I think I've posted this before, and it changes based on when I think about it but:

Rich "Evans, Rich" Evans > Jay > Jack (drunk) = Mike > Jessi > Jack > Colin from Canada (losing his shit) = Jim from Canada > Colin from Canada (baseline) > Josh

As usual, Jay shows himself to be the only guy ever to approach Current Year culture war shit with a clear mind and level head. It's nice seeing him tackle the "controversy" without coming across as some buttmad sperg.

So happy they crapped on the Captain Marvel "Charity." People "donating" money to help Disney's Box Office is so bizarre and feels like a top post to Reddit's "Late Stage Capitalism" board. I mean go ahead and make a Captain Marvel charity to help girl after school programs, you don't donate to buy a luxury item like movie tickets. Fuck.

Yeah that's what really confuses the fuck out of me. Tying charity causes into entertainment isn't anything new; guys like Neil Young and Sting have been doing that for decades. Even before the Disney buyout you had Lucasfilm doing Force For Change where they implored neckbeards to fork over their NEETbucks for UNICEF and children's hospitals. These characters and brands can draw a crowd to your cause. So if you wanna tie Captain Marvel into charity then fucking do it; donate money to the GSA. Or have Brie in costume show up at a pediatric cancer ward. Chris Pratt did it, so you'd think a woman ballyhooing about being a role model for girls would try it as well. While we're at it, let's have a Black Panther Drive to help inner city kids stay out of gangs. Or a Captain America Project for the families of soldiers killed in action. Or a Jean Grey Foundation for the benefit of low-functioning autistic children.

Two schlubby white guys shit on the white guys who love the movie, and hate the movie, for half of the review. Then say “it’s ok.” Truly the be-all-end-all voice of reason we need.

Currently not at home right now, anyone feel like giving me the rundown on what they think of CM
Indifference. Mike thought it was fun if predictable. Jay didn't hate it but it fell flat for him. He found Larson unconvincing and flat.
the drama shit?
Completely unimpressed. Mike and Jay both found her rant about critics completely absurd because Brie Larson herself has benefited considerably from good reviews from the "white dudes" she so thoroughly dismisses.
