Honestly, I didn't like the Culkin appearance. Idk, it just felt awkward and RLM doesn't seem like the right show for "Super special celebrity guest appearances!" Like, the Canadians are fine and all but like most people I really didn't like Max Landis and his episodes. I mean, at least Macaulay didn't do much. Other than that, it was a good review.

His face was so red I wondered if he was on something, or maybe detoxing (I'm betting he hasn't got any connections in Milwaukee).

This is RLM and it's Culkin so it's clearly a kind of meta joke. It's like inviting Jake Lloyd or Edward Furlong onto your show.

I'm watching right now and their reviews are insightful and funny
So, it should be good

And surprised by Culkin, maybe a fan of the channel

Macaulay Culkin is awkward in whatever he does these days, it's kind of sad.

He was embarrassed to be seen with those hack frauds. ;)

Well he did show up once before...
(58:40 if the time skip doesn't work)

His connection was made via Max Landis it seems.

I still hope he's on a botw though.

You'd think they'd use Caulkin for the Halloween episode because they made him have freaky cult shit after Double Down... Oh shit they got infected by Ruin Johnson into subverting expectations!

I like the fact that they're now taking turns getting embarrassingly drunk for Halloween. Jay next?

Yeah, the Tim Heidecker episode was completely forgettable too. Guests appearances are best as a BoTW thing, but only people involved with film like Max or Len seem comfortable with it. (Max did introduce them to Neil Breen so let's not be too hard on him).

It could be taken two ways: either they're doing a two-parter or they're subverting our expectations.
