I got Demonwarp confused with Mindwarp when I first saw the title. One has bigfoot, the other has Bruce Campbell and Angus Scrimm in post apocalypse wasteland with mind control and VR.
 
I really enjoyed the older BotW's with Jessi. Her squeal and Rich's hysterics created a beautiful symphony.
 
As happens when I actually recognize a movie or movies they cover on Best of the Worst, I feel pleasantly surprised. I actually watched Demonwarp ages ago, after renting it. You know, from a store devoted to renting out VHS copies of movies and other shows, back when those sorts of stores were pretty common (in this case a video rental joint attached to the side of a building that housed a regional grocery chain store). It was garbage but then the last several minutes they just tossed all sorts of elements in there.

Josh can occasionally have an interesting film hipster insight into a movie a la Jay, but frequently it just manifests as him being the local tryhard while everyone else is joking around.

Jack is genuinely funny and I don't understand why people dislike him at all.
 
I think Josh has gotten a little better compared to some of his others, and when he takes a bit more of a back seat it works out better. He tends to do better in stuff like Re:View, in my opinion where he gets time to prep.

That Ryan's Babe thing was Neil Breen levels of what-the-fuckery though, Jesus.

Also I think Mike's still in the coma the drinking from the Half In the Bag episode of Solo.

This is one of the appeals, as opposed to other reviewers who forget that they are there to entertain, not pontificate; the boys here do a good job of sticking to what people come to see them for.

They actually managed to get through an Eddie the Eagle NRA kids' video once without any notable politisperging, which by this boards' standards is fucking heroic.

Which is amazing, I think. Josh, as has been mentioned, has twitter sperging going on, Jack is super social justice active on facebook, or he used to be, and a lot of their older guests are absolutely crazy on twitter, but they keep it OFF SCREEN. Don't even allude to it. You're right, it would have been easy to go off on Eddie Eagle, easy target, but they stuck to entertainment.
