Both Rich and Mike sometimes worry me with how they forget things that just happened. It was funny with Undefeatable but now it's almost like Jay will transition not to being a gay but to being their caretakers. Not to powerlevel too much but I see this in some elderly family members now and it just hits that melancholy button.
Mike has brainholes from alcoholism and Rich has brainholes from AAAAAIIIIIIIIIIDDDDDDDDDSSSSSSS.

Ah yes.....the fart orgy that they specifically retconned Princess Leia as having attended and officiated, a fact that upon discovering caused one of the last fleeting freakouts I had about how shit Star Wars had gotten before I finally came to peace with the franchise I once loved shitting itself to death....literally in this case.

I say one of the last because....well there are a fucking lot of these nu-canon lore nuggets we stumbled accross on that thread as we watched the franchise die screaming and shidding before our eyes. For example and quoting myself here, the fact that Tarkin was having a gay affair with stormtrooper TK-421 (i.e. one of the troopers killed in A New Hope who had their armor stolen as a disguise)

Tarkin explicitly wanted to bring him as arm candy back to meet the emperor and be housed in a penthouse where TK-421 could peg Tarkin whenever he desired. Tarkin wanted to blow up yavin specifically because of his death and the subsequent lack of pegging he received.

He also liked to fard and/or shidd in his armor and luke specifically noted this while wearing it, as shown here on wookiepedia....because this is all 1000% canon

Again though.....tip of the fucking iceboig here....lord almighty this shit positively buck broke us as we endured it all in real time

There, now we can tie it to Trek, too!

Oh lord I used to be like Mike and not being able to take the food in theaters with the chewing and lip smackings. I got less irritated with it over time but he seems to be getting worse. 22:30 in.

I did lol at how he says he loves quiet theaters for small moves with only middle aged+ in them. He'd totally joined them.

And they make a big deal about the ending shot, and as a haunted house movie it was pretty much what I expected. Nice, but not something amazing either. Their review of Strange Darling made watch parts like I did here on fmovies and it was so good I dragged some people to the theater and we all loved it. I dunno about this one on that. Not sure if I'll watch this whole thing even free stream now.

I watch a lot of movies in the theater and there is a serious problem with patrons who behave as if they're in their living room. Theaters put up signs and make everyone watch videos telling them to put their phones away and shut the fuck up, and none of it sticks. Asking people to stop doesn't work, either, and I no longer bother trying.

Embracing your inner Karen and complaining to the staff is super effective (50/50 chance that the patrons are embarassed and leave early), but I have noticed that people give me weird looks after the movie is over - my feeling is that some onlookers are so leery of any sort of confrontation that the sight of me reentering the theater with an employee and pointing at the disruptive patrons makes them uncomfortable.

This review came at the perfect time because I had absolutely nothing going on so I thought I'd throw the movie on just gauge their taste. Yeah, it's not very good. Outside of the originality in concept, it has weak acting and dialogue, and the ending is utterly predictable. I didn't find it boring, I'll give them that, but it's no surprise that they enjoyed this mediocrity.

Also the first person POV with so many panning shots is enough to make you sick at 24 frames a second.
