Hahah everyone saying what I though.

If I were them I'd probably have delayed this. Screenshot 2024-07-13 195011.png

That was good. They seem a lot more grounded/allowing for the intentions of a director when it isn't Product X. I'll definitely be watching LL again, and I have Arcadian in the hopper also.
I know people have different approaches with spoilers, but mine is to spoil the ever loving shit out of things; I fall squarely into the camp represented by that study a few years ago on how a large cohort of subjects had an enhanced experience with material after spoilers.
RLM caught a lot of references w/r/t inspirational works in the genre, but Fish Jelly knocked that aspect out of the park.
Non-spoiler-wise --
which is scarier, Oz Perkins's Creepatin overdose, or Cage and Monroe looking ready to star in Leaving Las Vegas 2: Somethin' for Daddy?

The ending was great, not smash the beer bottle onto the fridge great or Dick the Birthday Boy in Trick or Treat but it was great.

To be fair, most RLM content has been low energy since at least before covid. That ending is the only thing that has produced pure joy in a long time.
