I have to admit, I prefer the theatrical cut. Jay is right, Seymour and Audrey are so unbearably sweet and wholesome that I just want them to have their picket fence ending regardless of how awesome an Audrey II, kaiju on a rampage through New York, happens to be. I also don't buy the sacrifice ending, it doesn't make sense to me.
A premonition that gave Seymour a vision of the destruction would have been a perfect way to have my cake and eat it alright.

I just realized I haven't watched RLM in months and I don't know why. Did my brain break or did they stop making videos consistently or are they deranked in the algo or what

Their videos have been kind of underwhelming for the last few months. The last great video they did is the destruction of Nuki.


After that, I'm not going to paste every single video but their RE:view of the Elm Street series was good, the Cannon Christmas 3 video was good up until they started talking wayyyyy too much about Breakin. The Robocop 2 RE: view was also pretty good even if Mike seemed tired. This is the best, BoTW video in a minute:


I still watch the guys but it's clear they're getting burnt out.

Still working on Perry OP BTW, maybe tonight? I got caught up. But please watch Windy City Heat as a starter.

A little bit of all the above. They've been par for the course just putting out their weird stuff about niche topics, there was a bout of demonetization and a hissyfit with the youtube censor jews that probably earned them no love from the humourless troons driving The Algorithm, and simply some of their recent stuff hasn't been interesting.

They ramble a lot now. They probably always have, but they edited much of it out before. My guess is they leave in the rambling to pad the video length because these days there aren't enough funny bits to work with, especially since they've mostly abandoned the skits and gimmicks.

I quite liked the "Speed 4" animated video they did about a month ago. Kyle Gallner HitB was interesting but makes for better listening than watching tbh. I haven't finished that BotW episode because I thought it was just business as usual and I haven't returned to it since.

That animated pilot they did was dog shit.
