Glad someone else finally said it. Indiana Jones is a Boomer franchise that caps out at Gen X men.

I am disappointed Mike did not actually bring up Star Trek, as Vash is Helena Shaw executed correctly. How? Jennifer Hetrick had actual sex appeal for that role. It also had Picard effectively acting like an old Indy and he punched Rom right in the nose.

I am extremely annoyed about their Walt Disney joke at the start.

Damn communists are going to destroy a man's legacy and ruin his good name. (I'm not talking about RLM either - I mean the literal communists front groups which Walt fought who then went on to run smear campaigns until now - where "everybody knows" completely untrue things about Disney and makes tacky jokes about him being something he was not.)

Now do react this post with a :politisperg: all you want, but Walt Disney was based and redpilled, allowing more Christians to work for his company.

Those types act like all cartoons from that era were racist, which is untrue, only the good ones were.

There's a whole lie going around about him being anti-Semitic when it was a literal joke back in the day that he employed more Jews than were in all of Israel.

Dude donated time and company resources to help out the American military and make anti-nazi propaganda.

But then the NRA once literally ran a donation campaign to send guns to England in order for them to fight Nazis and nowadays everybody calls them fascist too so... fuck history or whatever.

I thought it was a rumor started by commie unionists in the 30s. RLM probably heard got it from The Simpsons.

I dont give a shit about theirs or anyone else's Disney is a Nazi joke. But Im pretty sure the closest thing Walt did that was Nazi like was welcome some Nazi driector to his studio.

Yup; Leni Riefenstahl at the request of FDR. That would be the same Walt Disney who employed black animators during segregation and jews including of course the Shermans who, amongst other things are responsible for the Mary Poppins soundtrack. Of course those who claim he was a nazi sympathiser are the same people who claim the communist takeover of Hollywood was just a "red scare" without substance. Problem is the contemporaneous soviet intelligence files released after the USSR collapsed show that Walt was right.

Walt was right.
My favorite Walt story is that time he fired two proto-Furries for making a pornographic Mickey and Minnie Mouse short.
In 1936, shortly before Walt Disney's 35th birthday, his brother Roy encouraged Disney employees to hold a surprise birthday party for him, to which they agreed. Supposedly, two unknown animators decided that it would be funny if they were to animate a short of Mickey and Minnie Mouse having sex for the party.
When the short was shown, Disney responded by feigning laughter before complimenting the quality of the animation and inquiring as to who had created it. Once the two animators came forward, he immediately fired them, then left the building.

Even Robot Chicken did a better sketch about it
The fuck did I just watch?!

It was literally the communist-run union agitators who started the rumor Walt was a Nazi as part of their intimidation campaign against him and the non-communist members of the union. It's sad that some people still believe it, but it's not surprising considering modern pozzed Hollywood (Simpsons, Family Guy, Robot Chicken are good examples) continue to spread the lie. I don't know if Mike was just making a joke or believes it, but normies just hear the rumor and believe it. They made an example of Walt, if they could tarnish someone as pure and noble as him, they could tarnish anyone. A good way to instill fear, and it largely worked in Hollywood.

Everything these days is "yeah, it was okay. Actually, it was fine... good even! People should enjoy the slop." on HiTB. Do you think if Ghostbusters 2016 came out today they would hand-wave it as fine?
