I hope they do make a Batman video review and it turns out to be a minute of Jay and Mike in the Plinkett house set unethusiastically dancing the Batusi to the 60's Batman show theme, blank expressions on their faces, while Rich sits in a chair to the side and stares off into space.

Damn. I was looking forward to Christopher Nolan's epic retelling of Journey to the West. Imagine the Chinese money that could have made!

Only three hours and we're halfway there.
It's not going to happen either way. But I do find it funny they rather watch the last two Spider-Man movies and the new Doctor Strange movie than the new Batman movie. Do they just hate DC that much? "The Batman" has a lot of issues, but it's far better than any new Marvel capeshit. But those are my two cents.

They might have had a nostalgic drive to see Spider-Man, or possibly had friends who had a nostalgic drive to see Spider-Man and saw it with them. That's the reason I eventually saw it.

I'm pretty sure the biggest motivator for Dr. Strange would have been Raimi working on it.

From how I understood it, they wanted to watch Doctor Strange because of their love of Sam Raimi, and decided to watch the last two Spiderman movies in preparation because they'd heard No Way Home set up some stuff that led into it, with maybe having a bit of nostalgia for the Raimi Spiderman movies as well. I went back and checked, and they'd said they'd both watched WandaVision in their 2021 catch-up video (and said nothing about it beyond that it was good), but none of the other TV shows.

I think they're basically done with capeshit in general unless there's something about it that piques their curiosity, whether it's a director they like (James Gunn with The Suicide Squad, Sam Raimi with Strange MoM) or interesting stuff going on behind the scenes (WW1984, Zack Snyder's Justice League, Black Widow). Those movies I mentioned are the only five they've done HitB episodes on since Avengers: Endgame three years ago.

I can understand why they weren't all that interested in The Batman, especially after seeing it myself. It's an alright movie, and I appreciate its going in a bit of a different direction by focusing on a younger Bruce Wayne and a grittier aesthetic, but it's also yet another iteration of Batman. It feels unnecessary in that regard, and if you're generally tired of capeshit, I get why you'd just check out and not bother, especially if you don't feel like going to the theater to see it. I'm more or less checked out of capeshit myself, but it looked interesting enough to watch, so I did. I'm not about to get sucked into another decade-long string of movies for a payoff that won't deliver, especially since Disney now wants me to waste even more time watching their TV shows too.

I also understand the spite angle. Pestering someone to go watch a movie incessantly might cause them to cave, but it'll more likely get them to ignore you and then refuse to see it at all. Parasocial tards are the worst.

Just got around to watching the
Diamond Cobra vs. White Fox
botw episode finally, and I have to say, what a shame we will never see any episodes of her other movies. Great episode, it's sad that she didn't become a new Neil Breen for them.
Where did you find it? Youtube doesnt seem to have it. I would love to rewatch it.

Don't know about an actual list, but you can find some of the "purged" content on RLM's website. For example, this Transformers: The Last Knight joke HiTB seems to be gone from YT but is still up on their website.
Here's a github tool that lets you search(?) and download blip.tv videos, might be some RLM purged videos in there, search for "redlettermedia". This seems to be a search engine for RLM's stuff that's archived on archive.org.
The 1080p quality version of Diamond Cobra episode can be found here (anonfiles link) or here (a Peertube link) or here (DepositFiles, a file sharing website, have your adblocker handy). You can also use a download manager like JDownloader.
The Max Landis episode isn't actually purged from YT, it's unlisted. You can watch it if you access the Redlettermedia's Best Of The Worst playlist on Youtube.

I've just watched the latest Star Trek Picard review, and I noticed that Mike's costume looks surprisingly close to a character from a certain Japanese game series.

Obviously, this is definitely a coincidence, but the thought of Mike buying a Touhou character's bootleg cosplay without noticing makes me laugh. I deserve some 🧩 stickers for this, though.

They put on the most garish cloths and wigs possible to highlight the absurdity of modern Star Trek, and didn't realize that they now look like even the most underdesigned anime characters.
