Smith was the guy after all who got pissy when a youtube channel husband and wife revealed how woke his He-Man cartoon was and he tweeted saying they were lieing. When later they were telling the truth and revealing Smith is a lieing asshole who told the fans of the franchise to fuck off. There's reason I don't trust what he says about anyone.

Jason has mentioned before that for Dogma he memorized the entire script. So there would be points during filming where Jason would be mouthing other people's lines. I think it's visible in Chris Rock's opening scene, but I may be remembering it wrong and they cut it out during editing.

It has moments but it's not one of my favorites from Raimi. I just looked it up and was shocked it was rated R because it's so tame for an R. I'm not saying it needed to be super gory but it would have livened things up. It could easily get a PG-13 now.

But there's elements of it that I love. The first 20 minutes is great and then I think the parts are better than the sum like the carnival scene. This scene is absolutely fucking genius and I fucking mean that:

 
I remember watching Darkman as a kid, but I didn't know it was a Raimi film. Makes sense now, looking back at it. Now i'm mad because I think I got it confused with Hollow Man which is probably a much worse movie (haven't watched it) when talking about it with a friend.

I thought they were going to talk about Dark City... but this was a good video about a movie I've never seen. And I learned that Sam Raimi was responsible for showing me Katie Holmes' tits. They should do a RE:View of Dark City. It fits in the same "cult classic and very similar to other mega hits and knock-offs of mega hits" category they enjoy.
