Not sure if it was in that review or just one where the movie is mentioned, but the context was them making fun of Josh Sweden for whining about Jurassic World for having "70's era sexism" or something to that effect.

That was some time ago, and making fun of Joss' take on one line of dialog is not the same as all the takes they've had about "the right" or whatever.

I'm not sure if it counts as political but their last tweet is a completely red covid map with a caption about brighting up your day. I wonder if the lung association donations on Mike's dad's obit wasn't because of lung cancer, but because of covid. Tweet like that seems out of the ordinary and about as "political" as they get.

I get they like to keep it vague, but what is the point? We've had this fucking virus for 2 years and have not seen major increases in deaths until sometime after the vaccines came out, but don't tell Jay that. He'll just say that's a conspiracy. Variants of the virus keep getting weaker so no, this has not ruined my Friday.

I'll never get over how badly they interpret Borat. I get Sasha Baron Cohen has conned everyone into thinking it's a satire against American culture and prejudice but it's actually a testament to small town America acceptance. Apparently Americans are racist and xenophobic because they accept the character of Borat at face value. Borat faces little to no racial or cultural prejudice. His culture is accepted for what it is and is actively encouraged into assimilating into American culture. Also for some reason Cohen's extremely offensive and inaccurate caricature of Kazakhstan is fine because it gives America what for.
