Basically, James's October 3 review of 28 Days Later had whole chunks lifted unchanged from an 18 year old review of the movie. There was a lot of excuse making that the guy who wrote the script (who isn't James) sent him a draft form of the review, where he hadn't yet rephrased a bunch of copy & pasted stuff. Who knows what the truth is? Frankly, if you need to copy and paste ancient reviews for a movie you should know pretty well, you probably suck at your job.
