I haven't laughed this much in a long long time.

Poor Darth Vader.

I lost it at "Emperor Palpatine Surgical Reconstruction Hospital," holy shit.

I really wish RLM did more videos like this. I love videos that are just Mike or Rich or Jay sitting around and shooting the shit. I don't know why they don't do more of them because they have to be cheaper, easier, and quicker to film than episodes of Half in the Bag or Best of the Worst.

These. These are why.

New Space Cop trailer!

Space Cop has been in the works since at least 2012. If it comes out this year, it will only be a third of as good as Boyhood is, so I think RLM should wait at least until 2024 or 2025 if they want it to be really good.

Funny how there are people who actually miss the SW Expanded Universe.

For every Darth Vader's suit there was a KOTOR and Thrawn trilogy though. Stuergeons law may say there's a 80/20 split of crap to good but I mean that still a lot of stuff.

That said it needed to go as the EU would have made a sequel movie utterly unworkable. There were like a dozen splinter factions IIRC in the EU which is great for books and serialized prints, but not for a movie that needs a single, unified villain.

Ladies and gentlemen. It's here.

SPACE COP IS FINALLY HERE.

They shoved literally every RLM meme in the trailer, holy shit. It can be bought on BluRay here for $25.

tfw you don't have a BluRay player :( Hopefully they'll release the digital edition soon...

Honestly I'm expecting it to be awful, but Rich Evans is the miracle of the universe so I had to buy a copy. Hopefully they won't use my money for Previously Recorded.

Don't know anything about these guys' other projects, so I just watched those Star Wars prequel reviews, and they are so dense fucking amazing. Any other videos else a RLM newb should watch?

Plinkett's other reviews are pretty good, but I do love Episode 23 of Half in the Bag where they do a detailed analysis of that hack-fraud Adam Sandler's movie Jack and Jill. Their Best of the Worsts are also quite fun, with their Halloween episodes being especially great.

I still can't believe Doug of all people is the one who aged least ghoulishly of these three.

Linkara must've gained weight by the stone since this photo was taken, and Noah now looks like he's spent the last year giving his veins the needle workout with Bubbles from The Wire.

I love everything they've done, but for a newbie I'd definitely recommend checking out Best of the Worst first. They're more laid-back and fun than Half in the Bag (although HitB is still amazing, of course). Another advantage is that, unlike HitB, which only reviews recent movies, BotW reviews old movies (or at least movies that are already on VHS/DVD) so they're able to use clips and scenes from the movies to demonstrate what they're talking about.

And the non-Star Wars Plinkett reviews are definitely worth a watch. Cop Dog makes me laugh every single time.
