I'm starting to wonder if I should sell my PS4 after all. It seems like playing an unpatched RDR2 is the best way to go to experience it now.

Eh...while extremely lazy it bothers me a whole lot less since I never noticed them comment on my clothing in relation to the weather until this glitch happened.
The fact this took...8 months? That's kind of insulting though.

Sounds like using a sledgehammer to kill a fly, but I'm glad that they finally got around to "fixing" it.
Six months to "fix" a single player glitch. Rockstar really has changed since GTA Online...

The belt doesn't stick to your hip like it did in RDO's launch, they got this weird orbiting thing going on and the craziest thing about it is that they never fixed it. It's been there forever ago it feels like. They had 7-8 months to release something or work on the game and they chose just to recycle shit. And introduce new wardrobe glitches and clipping issues. Wheeeee.

No idea who this guy is, but I find the fact Youtube recommended me some (apparent) nobody losing his shit over this update (and GTA Online by extension) is pretty funny.

I was playing a bit of RDO (mainly for the clothes, lol). After this update, I think I am going back to the singleplayer. Btw, I did not buy gold. Rockstar would spit on me given the chance.

By the way, I think this has also fixed the issue with gang member item requests as I just had a bunch of them after having none since last November.

Started playing online again after a break, and wow is it just me or is there more crashing and error codes than usual with this update?

There is. I haven't checked it out personally, but a lot of players are reporting that.
I'm busy playing single-player to see what's been fixed and/or broken and to check if certain things still work like getting the Black Arabian, Silver-Dappled Pinto, and Dark Bay Turkomen early. I'll update you guys when I'm done.
Edit: Black Arabian stills works and appears to be easier than ever. I got the event to happen right away on my very first try. The event still spawns in the exact same location, too. Only difference is that the French couple appears to be arguing over oysters and chipped china plates before getting robbed, but that might've always been a thing. The Arabian is also still female, by the way.

I logged on yesterday. Boy, did they shit the bed on this update. The missions were okay and something nice to mix up RDO. However, they reduced the reward for all deliveries. Moonshine deliveries worth $200-$250 are now $75. Trader deliveries were also reduced by half. These were my primary sources of cash. Bounties don't pay dick and are just something to during moonshine and goods production.
I guess players were having too much fun making money and weren't grinding enough for a fancy new hat. The new update wasn't groundbreaking enough to completely fuck up a grindy but not too horrible in-game economy. This might be the last straw with this game. Fuck Rockstar.

Supposedly you still get full payouts and those might be glitches. Why it happened I can't say, but people are getting the old payouts regardless of what it says.
Not sure if that makes it better or worse.

Who knows, but the precedence of Rockstar reducing payouts has been made since GTA Online's early years.
This may be yet another unintentional glitch, or this may be Rockstar being a bunch of pricks again.

Nothing would scream modern Rockstar more than them intending to nerf payouts, but either forgetting to actually implementing it or straight up just fucking it up so it pays the amount it always did. And in that case expect it to be fixed by Friday.
