Which is why it's presently impossible for me to do Horseman Challenge 9. BAH!
I heard that Blackwater and the rest of the map opens up after the end of Chapter 6, so you could wait for that.

Too long. I'm gonna do this. It's stupid that it's the only challenge you have to wait for.

Come Hell or high water, I'm going to Blackwater.

https://archive.fo/G06s2 First gayfaqs user review is out, aside from his critiques on the horse ai and controls, it's basically just a whole bunch of "this is good for what it is, but not for me". Which, tbf is probably how I'd feel playing an RTS like Warcraft 3 or StarCraft Remastered

Does anyone know why the meters for gun stats aren’t going all the way back up when their quality bar is full after cleaning?

Something I liked about Mark Bussler of Classic Game Room (back when he still did reviews). Unless the game was legit shit like Awesome Possum, he'd usually say something along those lines about him not being the right audience for it but knows theres people out there who'd enjoy it.

Rather than release a word salad of an essay full of confusing intersectional and post modernism bs insulting the fans and creators of the game.

Nope, but I'm thinking that despite the delays they rushed this out the door. Because horse speed doesn't level up with bonding from what I can tell. Says it should.

I guess it was such a big game that they just made sure the priorities worked. Sometimes the dominoes board disappears.

When can you play Blackjack? I know it's found in Rhodes but it's not available yet.

I dont know how to play poker good. I need Blackjack so I can make real money.

Yeah, found the table upstairs at Rhodes. I am pretty surprised how open the map is already.

Once got held up on the way to Rhodes by what seemed like Authority figures telling me to turn around. It didn't seem like a random event and I thought parts of the map were locked out typical of Rockstar games.

Didn't he just move his reviews to Amazon Prime or did that not pan out?

I liked CGR but I can't afford Amazon Prime to watch it.

I fucking did it. I died, paid a fine, but I got the challenge done.

Much of RDR2 MC currently consists of "dis game overpraise so it get 6/10". A lot of it definitely sounds like "I don"t personally like this aspect of the game, therefor it is awful for everyone" Ever thought that some may enjoy the realism mechanics and the intentional feeling of loneliness the map provides? https://www.metacritic.com/game/playstation-4/red-dead-redemption-2/user-reviews

This proves it, Rockstar is gaming's South Park. Everyone gets a mouthfull of shit in their universe

All it took was one bait thread to start an retarded tornado on gayfaqs's rdr board
https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/200179-red-dead-redemption-2/77185235

this obvious bait is riling jimmies fierce, he even says that he only hates the characters and the slow combat, he likes everything else, just not as much as rdr1

For some bizarro reason, the bars show the maximum of any ammo type's stats, not the equipped ammo type. So if you're using shitty normie bullets, that's why.

Also on Chapter 6 and the game's title really should be Red Dead Right in the Fucking Feels.

It's just this slow, depressing march twords an inevitible conclusion, as Arthur slowly dies of the TB he got early in the game thanks to fucking Strauss, and as Dutch completely unravels and everyone knows it's a matter of time before either the law finally gets them or the gang falls completely apart. Everyone is looking for a way out, and for closure, but there is none.

Sorry for the earlier retarded behavior, my point was that you're a big dumb dumb if you're getting pissy at negative reviews. At the same times, Metacritic user scores are still dumb dumb

Dunkster gave RDR2 a 3/5, but according to his fans, his "dunkscale" interpretation of a 3/5 is actually a good thing,
unlike the normal letter grade esque system of "10-8 = good, 7 = okay, 6 = passable, 5 = mediocre, 4-0 = game dat eats da poopoo like ice cream". Sounds like in his mind, a 2/5 is a C-/D+, 3/5 is a B- (maybe B average when something like "RDR's cigar" is added), a 4/5 is an A-/B+, a 5/5, is an A+/"A with extra credit, and only 1/5 to him is "game eats da poopoo like ice cream"https://www.reddit.com/r/videogamed...ale/?utm_source=amp&utm_medium=comment_header
This is well-illustrated by his SOTC, Metroid 2 SR, and Yakuza Zero reviews
Dunkey doesn't score like typical critics and sees 3/5 as good, 4/5 as great, and 5/5 as godly

Why are people so upset by his score? All he truly dislikes is the final act of the game's story, he seemingly loves everything else
https://www.reddit.com/r/videogamedunkey/comments/9v32ps/red_dead_redemption_2_dunkview/ even his fanbase disagrees about chap 6, since many think it's one of the best-written parts, especially since many, even spergy /v/ users have said that Arthur's ending made them cry

After just completing the game I was pleasantly suprised by all the game unexpected turns in the game.

End game spoilers:
I think one thing that some people don't get is it's not a wish fulfilment kind of progression like you see in some other games, things just get more and more desperate for Arthur but it's interesting plot-wise and fits in with the theme of the game, I'm really glad there wasn't for example a quest where Arthur was suddenly cured of TB.

On a random note I thought it was a nice touch how the game both started and ended in the snowy mountains.
