I bought a used 360 for like a hundred bucks from Gamestop maybe back around 2015 and RDR was one of like 5 games I got for free with it.

I'm sure it's gone back up in value since then but yeah.

Even so, they're upcharging a port of a game that already has spaghetti code. They mess up the conversion, they're inviting more bugs in the product.

FIFTY DOLLARS. No multiplayer, no 60fps, no PC release, no physical release until October. Come on.

The lack of a PC port is what's hilarious to me. That's literally all people have been clamoring for, and they still decided not to make one.

That's fucking hysterical, and just leads me to believe the spaghetti code rumor is true.

As much as I genuinely hate to say this, I'm just glad it's not seventy dollars like most games are now.

$50 for a 13 year old PORT. When R* released Red Dead Revolver for PS4/XBO, it was $10. Add insult to injury, the Xbox version has been repackaged and sold for $30 on average. And that version objectively has more content available compared to this re-release.

Hell, LA Noire + DLC was ported to Xbox One, PS4 and Switch for $40. Well, actually, that may prove that R* has been greedy with re-releases since GTA V.

I rebought a copy of RDR1 for my Xbox. I want to compare RDR1 with 2. There's something about 2 that is missing from 1.
 
well, at least i can play it on the ps4 ive got. cause trying to run the emulated version at like 13fps is bread. and bread is pain

I think the point of "no multiplayer" is that you're paying more for less. I'd understand the exclusion because it would cannibalize RDO. In a business sense, T2 would not be able to monetize the original's multiplayer anymore. Also, you can buy the 360 version of Red Dead Redemption for less than the asking price of $50 and arguably have a better experience (if you have a Xbox One/Series S|X).
 
Well, at least there won't be a resurgence of Arthur Morgan sperging & dick sucking by rabid idiot fanboys. I guess that Rockstar would have inserted him into the game as often as possible trough flashbacks & mentions just to get people to buy the RDR1 remake.
