Everyone says it’s polish but it’s the mask of Wolf from the payday series (who is Swedish) and who’s wearing the mask this time is Alberich from a click story video game called RING. Some guy reviewed it and it made me laugh.

It almost looks like a Grineer helmet from Warframe with the bottom plate dented in to form a "mouth". The Grineer are one of my favorite video game civilizations as they are basically deformed, and imperfect space-slavic clones. That earns you an 8/10 as I am of Serbian descent as well.

It is a creature called an "ambulate" which have both defensive and cleanup roles as they are grown from a larger organism's biomass as part of its "immune system" to defend itself from larger animals such as hostile humans or large parasites.

They are basically mindless and more akin to "biological robots" but are generally not hostile unless you intentionally damage or injure the organism that they patrol.
