Expression and general facial design achieves its goal of juxtaposing childishness and threat for the currently popular shtick of supposed irony in popular media. However, it is overall a lazy attempt. For example there is a partial inclusion of background image which might make sense in the original source but in the cropped version should have been removed as it simply creates a confused background. The rather obvious overlay of a cut out image onto another of different resolution and lighting makes it look cheap as does the lack of aliasing to try and blend the two. In short this would work much better as a drawn image than a realistic composite and doesn't really communicate anything we haven't seen a hundred times before.
