I have a maxed out stock exchange and like 15 large banks scattered throughout it.
I have state mandated bike lines on all of my roads that aren't highways and an extensive metro system alongside government provided internet.

It's fine, I have an underground highway system so there's no colors or anything to see besides this one main 4 lane road I have, Willow street, that has to deal with 1/4 of my industrial traffic and 1/5 of the regular shit. It doesn't have very many roads intersecting it so it mostly moves fine unless my cargo train stations get backed up.
The traffic flow goes between 74% to 82% but the system is retarded since a high volume of cars, regardless of the speed at which they're moving, will lower the stats for me.
The city itself already died on me (peak was 63k) due to a complete demographic collapse that I can't reverse due to the autistic demand system.
