I think I get what he was going for beyond the edgy bullshit, even if I don't agree with it. I think it's trying to paint a point of distinction between feel-good white liberal equality (e.g. if white liberals want equality so much without addressing the bigger societal picture then, well, okay here's what it'd look like if your kids got lynched too) vs. equity in a society that has somehow dismantled racism (as completely utopian and unrealistic as that is).

It's still dumb and edgy and he's a domestic abuser piece of shit, but I'll give it that the video itself is at least slightly deeper than a puddle, if only barely.

I think he could have said this without giving the Klan yet another reason to say "this is why I lynch."

Also there's just no way any excuse whatsoever would be accepted if, say, Eminem did a video of him lynching a black kid.

Except that it's total horseshit, nobody is "lynching black people".

What black power types like this really want is a world where they can go around victimizing anyone they want without fear of repercussions.

I think the vast majority of people are totally okay with the death of a cop killing child molester.
