Couldn't even lie about it being for top surgery or hormones. Literally just a binder. Unless this binder is solid gold and can pay back the poor shmucks who gave them money, it's not worth fundraising it. If you love your flatemate so much buy them the fucking binder yourself.

Exactly. Why not donate to some actual (trans) person who needs help instead of throwing money at this clown who can obviously afford to buy like 50 binders? If you really want $25 so badly just make a post that says "hey i want $25" and don't try and lie about needing it for some flimsy excuse.
