As a latino that lives in a spanish speaking country I can confirm that sadly feminists over here also consider 'latinos' (and basically every plural word ending in -os) as not being gender neutral, though the cool thing now is using an e instead of an o, like latines, at least is pronounceable unlike that x bullshit.
