I mean it's obviously a situation where Tumblr OP wants to control EVERY single person who follows them and wants them to ask if they can follow when they're men. Which lol that's never going to happen online.
That dude followed her and he reblogs sexual stuff and he probably didn't even communicate with her and him following is enough for him to be blocked by Tumblr. And his sexual interests triggered her.
