Why do they list both lesbian/gay and WLW/MLM? I thought WLW was just another term for homo/bisexual women and vice versa for MLM and homo/bisexual men (meaning that lesbians and gays would fall into the WLW and MLM categories as well), or are they too cowardly to put bisexual on the list because they don't want to risk upsetting the pan/queer crowd?

I doubt it. Fetishising gay men is one of the most basic bitch moves you can make. They likely get a pass because she only sees them as objects in her world - either fantasy fap material, or her sassy friends who don't have lives of their own but are entirely there for her.
