I can't tell if this is Poe or not. I'm pretty sure it's "problematic" given the whole troon flails about "how dare lesbians claim to be attracted to vaginas, they aren't real lesbians because then they'd be attracted to people who identify as women", but given the random sexuality/genders of tumblr(a.k.a personality quirks) I can see some creative heterosexual coming up with this.

Basically lots of people on tumblr are getting upset over an sfm parody based off of this, which unfortunately started to cycle around after Tracer was announced lesbian which means.

They never grew out of their "Yaoi Fangurl" Phase and just merely shifted over to Lesbians instead.

As annoying as it was 10+ years ago, but with a little extra cringe and creepy now that it's not confined to their personal headcanons, but trying to spread it everywhere as if shit is a good substitute for paint.
