They made a tumblr account. That's pretty much all you need to do to get sent a rape threat or told to kill yourself, it's the tumblr version of the welcome wagon.

I think by literal they mean "verbal", and by "genocide" they mean... I'm not sure.

OK SO I think the story here is that an anti-sjw blogger got banned for whatever reason. People are pretty upset about this "literal genocide," or whatever. What I think happened was that a bunch of sjws got their knickers in a twist because this person was being a jerk, so they flocked the report button so the staff would do something. This isn't the first time this has happened.
