Those LGBT character of the day blogs could have actually been decent. They could have called attention to lesser known representation in shows. But, no, instead it's just:

Another example of LGBT headcanons and skeletons:

I can't stop laughing.
"Watch yer pronouns, mon!"

OK, that one they pulled out of their ass...

(Also, how's it canon? I was a big fan of the show back in the day; anyone want to give me examples of why this is canon?)

Not entirely sure that's how it works, second Anon.

Note the "its canon" tag.

Always thought it was weird that skeletons were a popular target for gender/sexuality headcanons. I suppose it's because they don't have junk anymore, but that also limits who they can have sex with too if they're not labelled asexual.
The sad part is, Luffy's probably quite close to being asexual (and ~aromantic~ if you want to use the Tumblr terms) and they don't even realize it.

Because LGBT people can only identify with characters that share their gender and sexuality. Personalities don't enter into it.
I was thinking it had something to do with fictionkin. "I can't be kin with this character unless they're a demisexual trans girl in my mind" kind of thing.

Somehow, I can imagine Bobby declaring himself a "polysexual demigirl"

Meanwhile, Cotton goes to see what this is all about and comes to the conclusion that Hank's Wife is a trans man.

King of the Hill making a tumblr episode would have been great. Though the existence of that post is just another way of proving that these people can't even watch TV right because if Bobby did declare himself a polysexual demigirl, he would be a boring old cishet again because the show loves the status quo.

I keep seeing this over and over - we need more characters who are women/black/trans/fictionkin because said women/black/trans/fictionkin people can't relate to white men.

If a character has a good personality and struggles that are understandable, I feel most people can relate to them no matter what kind of person they are.

Grim is Death (or DEATH, if you're a Pratchett fan) who hangs out with two small children. There is literally (and I mean actually literally, not Tumblr's liberal sprinkling of that word as an exclamation, literally) never has any reason or situation in which to express any kind of sexuality... unless the person who posted this is making some very serious accusations about Grim's relationship with Billy...

Oh, the skeeve just got deeper.

Or maybe Billy's dad. Or mom...

I thought this thread wasn't for things that are actually pretty funny...

Wouldn't that have been something to see?

Just because you cut your dick off doesn't mean you have to cut off your personality too.

I don't know what this is, but I found it fucking hilarious.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't catfishing where someone acts as if they're interested in you, like on an online dating site, to scam the credulous out of their money. This idiot should be happy they wised up after only $70. Some drooling idiots get taken for thousands of dollars.
