But yes, people seem to think allowed to do=cannot be criticised on. You're allowed to wear ridiculous clothes, but we are also allowed to point and laugh.
A fellow named Ian brandon something tried it once. Don't worry about it, there is no particular reason you should have heard of him.

LMAO at the last one. Even the most obvious satire in the world goes over their heads. Especially ironic considering it's like the most leftist point of the whole movie: criticizing authoritarian military power.

You could just say "It's good" and be done with it.

Why should I watch something because it has a certain percentage of POC in it and not because, say, it's funny or heartwarming or action-packed? Whatever happened to that?

Also, you really expect Tumblrites to understand satire?

A piece of media could be the most profound, emotional experience possible but if it doesn't meet the representation quota, it's garbage.

I've always thought it'd be interesting (if a bit depressing) to see what tumblr thinks of various works of classic literature/art/film/ect.
Like, what is the tumblr opinion on Candide? What about Citizen Kane? Schindler's List?
Is it all poisoned because there's too many "cishet dudebros"? Do we just have to get rid of hundreds of years of culture because it's retroactively tainted?
Edit:
On reflection, who am I kidding? If it can't be summarized in a .gif, they're not listening.

Diversity is nice, but it means little with a sucky product. But we're just being colorblind which is bad.

That's a really interesting idea.

I'm surprised they're not triggered by Starship Troopers being extremely lookist and fatphobic; even the extras look like fashion models.

So long as you're not a tumblr fatty who yells oppression when a doctor tells them they must lose weight or suffer an early death - and I'm not gonna lie, I don't want to see some fatass in leggings three sizes too small with their fat spilling out over the top. Don't wear clothes that don't flatter you, 'cause then everyone's going to laugh at you and call you fat.

If your body has more rolls than a Danish bakery, for the love of God please cover them all.

And everyone proceeds to groan as they have to listen to this person whine about these things once again.
