What confuses me is how can you type and post something you don't mean? Like, it's nothing close to saying things without thinking. When you type you have to consciously press the keys to form the words. Then, you can look and see the words you typed, plain as day, on your computer screen. And THEN you have to move the mouse and click the 'post' button. All during that time you have every opportunity to delete the death threats you just typed.
You can't 'type it without thinking'. It's impossible.

You can tell Tumblr has really numbed your spirit when you see a post where a teen threatens to kill themself, but all you're concerned about is the "former law enforcement" worker not knowing the difference between libel and slander and not knowing that unaltered screenshots do not count as either.
