Down with cis was funny when the op was getting shit for making up a retarded story, but as per the course with every damn joke tumblr gets to...they run it into the ground. They run it into the fucking ground to the point it's not funny. Not only is it not funny, it's painful and makes people groan upon seeing it instead of even giving a little chuckle. The transtrenders on the site look like those weirdos you see in parks or on street corners hysterically laughing to themselves while everyone else keeps a distance of 50 feet.

I didn't even think about Tumblr's response to Linkle when she came out, and I love her idea.

And I have reached the point where rule 34 of new characters annoys me less than SJWs' "official" trans headcanons.

I did see a post floating about how Link himself "never had a gender" (even though we clearly see pecs during Twilight Princess when he's wrestling). Nintendo has realised more girls play their games so that's why they've created Linkle - a female who is relatively similar to Link that more girls can identify with - but to tumblr it's more fuel to the "LINK IS TRANS!!1!" bullshit.

Honestly, I think it goes beyond America-centric (although I think that plays a big part as well). They literally cannot give a shit about anything uneless it affects them nor can emphasize with others that are going through tragedies that don't concern them.
