I'd be up for it, since whenever I'm looking through tumblr for some salt I come across her posts. But I don't know if I'm...experienced(?)enough.

She got a better grade because her presentation was probably better. The slideshow design itself has just as much to do with the grade than the speech. You can have a speech but if your power point is hastily thrown together then you're obviously not going to get an A+.

Translation: My sources were from Everyday Feminism, Wikipedia, and that guy on the corner ranting about how the Jews work to keep the nigger down. My power point was done in five minutes because I ran out of time after ranting on tumblr about how racist whites are. and these racists don't recognize how that's my glorious style.

Has this video been mentioned yet? (I'm posting the link because I don't know how to embed videos from Tumblr.) It's supposed to be shocking amateur video of police brutality, but instead it's a bunch of shrieking, obnoxious protesters screaming at a bunch of calm and reasonable police officers for doing their jobs. It's a good example of what happens when Tumblr meets the real world.
