I've noticed a pattern with internet famous people, in which they get away with a bit more because they have fans who will defend them (or in Chris's case, enablers.) When said people do get in trouble for something it's usually when they really overstep the boundaries of what is acceptable for most of us. He's been very brazen with his tweets lately, which leads me to believe he'll attempt something brazen in real life before long, something he'll be in a lot of trouble for
