Given that Chris usually has a war chest’s supply of hand sanitizer, I wonder if he’ll gloat about having the only ones left after they’ve all sold out nearby.

I wouldn't say that Chris was never properly potty trained, as the CWCki article on DIRTY, CRAPPED BRIEFS states that fecal incontinence does occur among autistics. Though I'd argue that the reason why Chris has NUMBERS OF PAIRS OF DIRTY, CRAPPED BRIEFS is because he refuses to wear adult diapers or do anything to solve his problem.

They were from an older generation, and I'm surprised they didn't smack him around until he quit acting the way he does. I'm sure Chris is the way he is because Borb treated him like their grandson, who had down syndrome.

I had made a post if Bob or Barb did hit Chris as punishment, he probably would go back to being a mute. But I agree with you. It's funny cause as much as they gave to Chris, he in turn had no reservations about stealing from them (using their credit card or actually stealing from their purse/wallet). Any normal parent would have either put that kid in the corner, withhold their allowance, or have their kid cut a branch from the tree and have said parent hit him.

It's obvious without proper parenting/discipline, Chris coasted through law enforcement without proper punishment thanks to the old fashioned "get out of jail autism card."

This is really weird for me at times, because I don't play vidya or watch anime type stuff; I'm roughly Chris's age but somehow missed out on a lot of the trends that he got into, so very occasionally I used to come across something in Sonichu lore that actually seemed cool, and invariably, it was poached from elsewhere.

I wonder what Chris meant by "cope?" As I understand, he was taking speech therapy and Barb having to bribe Chris with toys, and TV as well. Did they ever have to write stuff down and show it to him? What was his listening comprehension like? It's just weird having to read/see a child's delevopment being cut the way Chris has. In most cases, it can be argued it was child abuse (really neglect). Borb tried to correct it, but their approach and the end result was very damaging.
