"I also think that there's no better time to take on the YouTube Copyright school.,.. this Monday."

Take on? Why is it that every time some cartoon-obsessed sperg gets his shit taken down, he has to make it sound like a war or a struggle for a greater cause? You're not Gandhi, you're a loser nerd bitching about children's cartoons.
I remember ripping into the video that featured the Happy Tree Friends once. Though it wasn't so much a "I'm pissed off and not going to take it anymore" as so much it was a harsh MST3K-style riff.

That being said, I think Enter's gone past the point of going overboard at this point. Man won't learn, will he?

I've seen him throw "YouTube Copyright School" around a time or two but I don't remember if it's supposed to be an Admirable or an Atrocity, if he ever specified. It doesn't seem like a particularly bad video, but since it's not criticizing YouTube's copyright system I don't see why he would put it in the league of his Admirable videos.

I mean, not that it truly matters since he won't talk about the animation at all. He'll just make it a soapbox for his own experiences, as he tends to.

It's going to be an atrocity, and to be fair, it is quite inaccurate in some areas.

Pretty sure it'll be an atrocity, as @Simplicity111 pointed out. And I don't doubt that he'll use it solely as a soapbox, given his hate for Viacom, Fox and whatnot.

There's at least some part of the video where he'll go off topic to whine and bitch about Viacom, I just know it regardless of what he's talking about.

Well, some guy on Youtube had said this a while ago:

""Freedom of Speech", the first amendment that people are so passionate about with takedown notices and screaming "YouTube violated my first amendment," should probably realize that the first amendment protects you from GOVERNMENT suppression of speech. YouTube, Viacom, any corporation is NOT a government entity. They can remove any video at any time, copyright issue or otherwise, because it is their website and they have the freedom to do what they want with it. A takedown notice from YouTube, or being banned from the site, is not a notice of "you're not allowed to have this video," it's a notice of "you're not allowed to have this on our property." Claiming that YouTube or any other company is violating your "freedom of speech" and "first amendment rights," is as dumb as complaining that any business is violating your "freedom of expression," by requesting that you wear clothes at their store. There is nothing to prevent one from posting that video on another site.

With regards to Fair Use, it is a valid defense in copyright cases to protect you from a lawsuit. If a corporation goes after someone and claims Fair Use, the court can look at the facts and agree "yeah, fair use," and you don't have to pay the legal penalties of copyright infringement. Fair Use protects you from LEGAL consequences. Fair Use does not protect you when YouTube decides to remove you or your content from their site. That's not a legal action, that's a business decision that the government takes no part in. After all, the people behind YouTube have freedom of speech too, and part of that freedom is being able to decide what videos do and do not get published on their website. They are not obligated to let you post whatever you want for free nor should they be.

Violating civil liberties would be forcing YouTube to keep videos posted they've decided they don't want on their site. That's called "coerced speech," and DOES violate ones first amendment rights."

So much for MrEnter's fair use argument and his arguments against Copyright School, regardless of whether the arguments were accurate or not.

I'm curious as to how Enter has the energy to continually obsess over all these old cartoons from over a decade ago. I know he's got the assburgers but I'd think he would have other interests besides getting pissy about Spongebob. His life must be really uneventful and miserable if ranting is all he ever does.

Apparently he had abusive parents, which if he did, is horrible, but I really don't know how that translates into taking frustrations out on cartoons.

Apologies if this sounds too spergy coming from me... Whatever war Entard is trying to fight over copyright this Monday - he's already lost too much before this.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - I'm not a fan of most corporations and their behavior right now towards those who need to make more money (as in better wages) to truly make ends meet, but I think it's truly exceptional hippies like Entard and his ilk that give those who have REAL issues with corporate greed and its overreach (like myself, unfortunately) a lot of shit. Shit we don't deserve for trying to stay vigilant on these real world / bigger picture issues that outweigh bitching about any kind of media whatsoever (which is easily solved by "CHANGING THE DAMN CHANNEL.").

@Steamboat_Bill The second you pledge alliance to something meant to push toys just for 30 minutes like it's some way of life - you deserve to be betrayed, ignored, and/or maligned like a pariah.

I think the problem is that he sees other youtubers using cartoon clips and remaining on the site. So when he sees nothing being done to remove those clips, yet his videos are removed, he views it as a personal attack.

Those have distorted footage, and I don't think he knows the basics of that.

True, I kind of thought that goes without saying though. Enter doesn't understand a lot of things, yet he likes to pretend that he does and his legion of fans agree with him.

What bugs me is that if he looked at a forum like this, which actually has some good advice for him, he wouldn't listen to any of the advice. Why would he listen to people being mean to him and pointing out his flaws if he has a number of fans who think that he's perfect and would never criticize him?

I have a feeling that eventually he'll do something really stupid and lose a number of his fans. Then he'll do something else that's stupid and he'll lose more. Then his life will go into a downward spiral.

The stupid thing? Probably a sex tape. I think that he has repressed sexual impulses, or perhaps he's a closeted homosexual who's embarrassed of his sexuality. Which is why he calls himself asexual. It also might be why he included an old man mastrabating in his RPG game.

I type a lot and I don't make a lot of sense when I'm tired. Goodnight.
