There is certainly a element of that, but as I said before it's mostly a deflection activity when the world get's to much for him to deal with he Derps off to try and impose some order on his beffudled mind.
 
i must have missed something, but why all the references to cheese? i would figure Phil would stick to inexpensive fast food as he doesn't seem like the type to cook or clean.

I love the way his eye's can never seem to focus on the exact same point ever, I haven't seen a picture where they are not lifeless or wandering off to do there own thing.

And of course there was that incident where he was literally caught buying cheese. Phil though it didn't warrant scrutiny because he was "just grocery shopping" and that it "justified his need for violence."

Phil is going to lose his tardbux this fall lol.

I wonder what the tone of his obvious lies will shift to when someone is put in charge of his entire life. Will he stop making up random lies about rape, and start making up random lies about getting to go outside without a handler? Will he try to accuse his government appointed payee of some kind of financial rape? Will he just fully retreat into Australatina and settle for making up fake military stuff and road signs for roads that don't exist? Or will he just jump off a bridge instead of sleeping under it?

I wonder if Phil will ever develop a basic understanding of human history and realize that atrocities such as imperialism, slavery, and genocide aren't exclusive to European civilization.
