I can't ID the uniform however the gun looks like a Swedish K (Kulsprutepistol m/45 or Carl Gustaf m/45) with a brass catcher.

It's definitely a Commonwealth soldier cosplaying as opfor. The SMG is possibly a Suomi, but the sights & barrel shroud looks wrong; might be dressed up as well to look like an German MP.
