The mammoth isn't a real mammoth, it's actually the one from space harrier. So it's probably one of the few cases where censorship became copyright infringement.Carmageddon was released on the Nintendo 64 AND in Germany so it got two layers of censorship. Nintendo didn't allow the game to have pedestrians gushing blood when they were run over, so they were changed to zombies with green blood. For germany that wasn't enough, so the zombies were changed to tiny dinosaurs and mammoths, with green blood.
Give it a couple of seconds, I timestamped it to show the zombies, ten seconds after that the German version is shown.

Really though the german port has no excuse for being released in such a state, especially when they're known for leaving things in the oven.
