And just to give you guys some context here:

A French company that works with china in building nuclear reactors very recently informed the National Nuclear Safety Agency that there is a chinese nuclear power plant that has suffered from a couple issues and china's main way of dealing with it was doubling the threshold of radiation that defines whether something is a hazard or not.



Credit where it's due, it's not a particularly funny meme, but at least it's a somewhat smart one.
It's also a meme without a bajillion words explaining what to make of it and how to feel about it.
