It is sort of mesmerizing seeing the number of steps it takes for them to craft such a simple tool.

I noticed that the piles of scrap seen in the beginning are mostly defective parts and cut-offs seen accumulating during the rest of the process.

These types of channels I love. My inner engineer is always fascinated at what these people come up with and how they do it to accomplish a goal. My skill set is wide and every now and then with one of this videos on as white noise I'll pay attention to something interesting and think to myself, 'hmm why didn't I try that?'.
