Looks up the rate of EMT/Firefighters/ext getting torn biceps or injuries related from helping the morbidly obese. Obese people cause massive workers comp payouts because if they slip, fall, or seize and someone tries to catch them it always results in an injury. Even though one of those things probably cost $10k-$15k it is cheaper than loosing one worker for 6 months from a injury related to helping a morbidly obese person.
