I saw this and felt I just had to post it. According to Wikipedia stalking was a new concept in the 1980’s and hadn’t been reported until then. Seriously who the fuck researched this because I can point to a whole slew of recorded criminal records from the times of Jack The Ripper where stalking is mentioned in this context.
