Well, after the blue arms thing back when Sonic Boom came out and such, he should be someone they're preparing for. Though they could just treat him like another rowdy customer

Chris could video himself shooting 3 theater employees, macing the cops who arrest him, shit in their squadcar and still get 2 months probation for being a manchild buffoon. His entire defense next time will be his lawyer reading dimensional merge tweets and showing those videos about the pony YouTubers.
 
Chris isn't going to prison. Virginia has made it perfectly clear they're unwilling to spend the money to keep this loony troon in a cage. So it's all therapeutic dockets, movie tickets, and asspats for Spergy McSpergface.

Now when he goes to another state for an epic chimpout at BronyCon? We'll see.

Cost more to clean up what is left of him in a cell than it is to put him in one. If he gets locked up, then we have no reason to be here.
