I believe ska-doosh comes from the movie Kung Fu Panda. Right when he performs the finishing move on the cloud leopard he says Ska-doosh and the leopard dude gets blown away.

Chris has used this word before a few years ago when some kid was trying to convince him thAt Xbox online was better than ps3 and then Chris retorts with "Yeah but PS3 online is free. Ska-doosh."

I don't think Chris worries about the debt because there's no consequences because he has the exceptional card. The only way to pay the debt without doing anything was to cut a portion on his tugboat.
