Islamic terrorists love to murder people during Ramadan. Although Ramadan is a time of fasting, self-restraint, and reflection for most Muslims, Islamist terrorists believe that there is no better time to rape, hurt, and murder people. In fact, the head of ISIS has encouraged its militants to kill as many "kuffir" as possible. Because of the sheer volume of attacks during Ramadan by groups like ISIS, Boko Haram, and so on, I thought it would be a good idea to have a general thread on this time period.

I'll get started with some of the most prominent attacks so far:
I got depressed and stopped looking for news. This is probably just a third, if not less, of what's happened just since Ramadan started. Unfortunately, we're probably going to be seeing a lot more attacks, both in the Middle East and in the West.

Well I don't know how I'm simplifying the matter when that's how the Hanafi school has applied Sharia regarding homosexuals for over a thousand years and virtually agreed upon by all of their jurists aside from a couple of modern ones who reinterpret it but whatever

Do you agree that they should be jailed? Do you think what they are doing is wrong?

I don't think anybody should be jailed for something as petty as sexual orientation. I do believe that it's a better reaction then fucking stoning them to death or throwing them off buildings, even if it's wrong and I don't agree with it. Whatever people do in their personal lives is not my business to take care of, so why should I police others on what they do? It's a very asinine reason to imprison someone either way.
 
Holy fuck, a lot has happened in the past few days.
Oh, and this is happening right now: An airport in Istanbul was targeted by suicide bombers. At least 28 are dead and dozens more injured. However, there are reports that the death toll is already up to 50.
 
Oh, and the Temple Mount is closed off to all non-Muslims until Ramadan is over... because Palestinians and pro-Palestinian protestors were throwing rocks at Jews who were worshipping at the Western Wall.
Palestinians threw rocks at Jewish worshipers at the Western Wall on Tuesday, striking a woman of 73 in the head, on a third day of confrontations involving the adjacent Temple Mount.
Paramedics said they treated the woman at the scene for a light head injury.
It was the first case in several years of Palestinians throwing rocks from the Temple Mount at worshipers at the Western Wall, an incident which police see as a worrisome development.
Police arrested 11 masked protesters they said were involved in the clashes, including the hurling of stones at the Western Wall.
Earlier police decided in consultation with government officials to shut the Temple Mount to visits by non-Muslims through the end of the holy month of Ramadan.
Police have also reinforced deployment in the area as a preventive measure, as officers pursue dialogue with Waqf officials to try and maintain the peace.
There have been clashes for two days at the Temple Mount, home to Islam's third holiest site, Al-Aqsa mosque.
Several Palestinians were wounded by rubber-coated bullets shot to quell stone-throwing protests at Jewish visitors to the plaza on Monday.
A policeman, two Waqf officials and several Palestinian protesters were wounded in separate confrontations at the Temple Mount on Sunday, when police said Muslim protesters were holed up inside Al-Aqsa mosque with a stockpile of stones and other objects.
Police arrested five people, two Palestinian and three British tourists during the protests. Police said the tourists were removed from the Temple Mount and deported back to Britain.
After years it prohibited non-Muslims visit the Temple Mount during Ramadan, police recently decided to allow it due to the relative calm in the compound during the first ten days of the Muslim holiday. However, immediately after it was opened to non-Muslims, Palestinian youth, some of them masked, started hurling stones at the visitors and policemen accompanying them.
After the initial confrontations police continued to allow non-Muslims to enter the Temple Mount, but only 18 Jews visited the holy site, along with 375 tourists.

Can I just say how absolutely fucking disgusting I think it is that some Palestinians are so violent towards non-Muslims (especially Jews) visiting the Temple Mount that non-Muslims are banned/have police escorts for their own protection? Apparently the Temple Mount is too holy for non-Muslims to defile with their presence, but it's totally okay to hurl rocks at elderly women.

Oh, but Israel is an apartheid state, you guys.

It is, but as I explained in the OP, Islamic extremists/terrorists believe that murdering infidels/committing violence in the name of Islam during Ramadan will multiply their heavenly rewards. So a suicide bomber thinks he's getting even more heavenly virgins, a terrorist who beheads non-Muslims and "apostate" Muslims thinks more of his sins are being forgiven, etc. ISIS even encouraged its followers to make Ramadan "a time of terror" for this reason.

Because policing others on what they do is literally your religion, especially if they are or have at any point been part of the Ummah. You seem to have a hard time accepting that, for some reason, or the consequences of it worldwide.

Well sorry for following Islam "The wrong way". There are people like that, but it doesn't apply to me.
 
Shit, it's not me you need to be worried about, it's all the other muslims. I'm not the one that's going to jail you or worse because you didn't worship the sky fairy properly or show it enough respect, because obviously that is the number one concern of an omniscient, all powerful entity.
 
The issue is all statistics. A small percentage of a large number, a lot of the time, is an alarmingly large number. For example, if you hear a random statistic about French Muslims doing or wanting X, and that number is 3%, that sounds like a minority, and it is. However, that is still more people than will fit in Michigan Stadium (largest football stadium in the US). We'd be having this same conversation if a small percentage of Christians suddenly decided that shooting up all abortion clinics was the right thing to do. In fact, it's one of the main reasons why the US has been plagued with state legislatures trying to push religiously slanted laws, and the Catholic sex scandal was so huge. Small minority of a huge group, though the mechanism through which the groups exercise their will to power is different.
 
Can we never ever compare abortion clinics bombings with Islamic terrorism? There are eleven recorded murders linked to abortion clinics in the last 40 years. That's it. Four of them are from this year from a legit schizophrenic who was deemed incompetent to stand trial because of how absolutely insane he is. Yesterday's attack alone killed three times more people in one shot than abortion attacks in the last 40 years.

Not only that but there is no backing at all in the Christian world, even the most Evangelical non-WBC movements, for shit like that. There's also no religious justification for it given by the clergy anywhere. There is no comparison. Same with the Crusades. Or the Inquisition.

Stop with the 'But your country lynches niggers' shit already.

I'm not worrying about you.
I'm fine either way, don't worry. I'm already living my life happily with friends and family, even doing my 5 prayers daily along with the other pillars of Islam. I'll let you know when I do get jailed. It won't be any time soon.

I just remember being in Iraq for 3 Ramadans that these jidahis literally celebrate their holy month by spilling blood.

To their credit they did generally honor the Christmas ceasefire.

On Thursday morning, a young girl was murdered in her bed by an Arab terrorist in the Israeli city of Kiryat Arba. The terrorist scaled a security fence around the city and broke into the girl’s home. Hillel Yaffe Ariel was 13 years old, an aspiring dancer. Before the attack, the attacker went on Facebook and praised other terrorists, including a woman who rammed a car into a crowd in Kiryat Arba. He called her a martyr and said her name was “exalted.”

This sort of activity comes as no shock – over 30 Israelis have been murdered by knife-wielding Arabs in the past few months as the Stabbing Intifada has continued. Which was followed by distribution of candies and celebrations in Arab towns all over Gaza, Judea and Samaria obviously. And leftists condemnation that really its the little girl's fault for living there.

I mean how can he not? They were oppressing him by buying food at a public market in central Israel.



Fittingly all this happened right after 9 Israeli idiots entered Ramallah to eat a meal with Muslims in solidarity for 'Peace' and immediately as they entered the town they were pelted with rocks and had molotov cocktails thrown at them and had to be saved by the army because if there's one thing you can't stand to see in Ramadan, its a Jew walking around breathing and living apparently. Even if they are retarded leftists who love you and want to give you everything you want.
