Substituted phenethylamines are probably a lot easier to get than Dextroamphetamine in Mexico. They are largely unregulated so he could probably get them from any local pharmacy. My days of border runs and back are long gone but with as hard as it is to get an Adderall prescription filled in the US anyone could make a killing doing it nowadays.

Plus, you would think such a traumatic event would have been mentioned by Ralph when he had all his account passwords leaked a year ago.

The video is pretty compelling, but I think that this would have to of happened recently. I'm no expert, but everyone I have met who had a substantial number of teeth replaced usually looks different as a result. Usually the teeth look too big for the face. It often effects their speech, at least initially as they adapt to their new mouth.
